I have my own bookkeeping services company working remotely for small businesses in various industries, specifically in real estate, property management, IT and professional services. I have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles; making entries in the asset, expenses, COGS, liabilities and capital accounts. I am proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Online and in MS Office. My experience includes working with separate business entities with independent accounting. Some of the primary responsibilities I handle are: • Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable and overseeing A/R collection • Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable • Payroll Processing • General Ledger Journal Entries • Monthly and Quarterly Tax Liabilities • Bank and Fixed Assets Reconciliation • Financial Report Preparation, including cash flow reports. • Year-end reports and statements as needed by the CPA for tax return preparation purposes.
