As a background, I have MS Accountancy degree from CSULA and I am teaching accounting courses at the Westwood College, SoCal ROC, and ORT College. I have over 23 years of small business management and entrepreneurship experience . I received a Certificate in Computerized Accounting from ORT Technical Institute in 1999 and an AA degree in Business Administration from Glendale Community College with a 3.8 GPA. I have BS in Business Administration with an option in accounting from CSULA, with 3.7 GPA ( Laude). I am a member of BETA GAMMA SIGMA international honor society for maintaining a 3.7 GPA at graduate program. At CSULA, I gathered 4 years of experience in the VITA program as a volunteer for individual income tax preparation, final quality reviewer, instructor and executive committee member. My goal is to stay a positive person in the society and help others to learn. As told by all my students, I have the ability to understand and describe accounting problems, and I have confidence in my abilities to teach. Currently, I have my own business, which is related to waste industry consultation. I have experience and skills in business management that helps me to connect the accounting principles with real-world examples. I am able to manage all these daily tasks with precise attention to details and time management. Accounting is the language of business, and I have a good understanding of it.
