Accountant Job in Santa Barbara, California

Goleta organic farm seeking qualified accountant to oversee day to day work of bookkeeper. Will need to perform bank reconciliations, review entries made by bookkeeper, maintain balance sheet, oversee payroll, provide owners with monthly financial reports, etc. Experience with QuickBooks and Payroll are essential and experience in the agricultural business is preferred but not required. Hours will depend on work load each week but thinking one day a week 4-6 hours on location in office off Winchester Canyon. Pay rate will depend on experience.
