Business, LLC, personal accounting (Walnut Creek) We (Mom & Pop) are a small business LLC in need of accounting help. Accountant (CPA preferred) must have extensive experience in accounting (Quickbooks), business & tax consultation experience. Our needs are: 1. Prepare our Federal & State Tax returns quickly, correctly, and reliably, with strict confidentiality. 2. Prepare tax returns & planning services for Individuals, small business along with LLC. 3. We have statements and expenses that need to be reconciled and put into Quickbooks. Prepare Bookkeeping (Quickbooks) and Sales Taxes. (No Payroll) 4.
