Accountant Job in San Jose, California

Looking for: 1) Person who can help in business tax services 2) Optionally book keeping services We have some past taxes and delayed and need to recover from the situation. Need more dedicated time to complete the project. We will participate in tax/book keeping. Once project is satisfactorily finished we may want to hire accounts-services (assuming we have a good working relationship built during that time). Looking for individuals and small companies with reasonable time and flexible hours to work around or with our times / locations. We are mostly located near airport or Evergreen areas - meetings around those areas (4~5 miles radius) in flexible hours should be assumed for paperwork/discussion and explaining of history. Need this job urgently, but still will select with qualified as well as with reasonable rates. Thanks!
