Accountant Job in Albany, New York

Our Staff Accounting Representatives will be responsible for processing data, billing, and accounts receivable transactions. They will be responsible for generating reports as well as contacting customers concerning overdue account balances. They will prepare and post journal entries. These associates will acquire and demonstrate knowledge of all daily processes. Our Staff Accounting Representatives participate in issue resolution and the establishment of processing guidelines under the direction of a Manager or a more experienced associate. They will also be asked to contribute to special projects. Qualifications: Minimal: High school diploma or equivalent & experience with Microsoft Office software. Optimal: High school diploma or equivalent; Microsoft Office software experience; business/office experience.
