I was employed at Southwestern Group of Companies through Trinet-Accord. I started as part-time accounts receivable assistant which included monthly invoicing, account reconciliations, and customer relations. After 6 months, I was moved into the full-time accounts payable/payroll position. My duties included calculating weekly payroll for 60 employees, benefits administration, posting and timely payment of invoices of 200 vendors. I worked with the cost accounting department calculating job costs for invoicing, and continued working with the accounts receivable department, as needed.
