Accountant Job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities include: Tax preparation and planning for individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate clients; Management of key individual and business client accounts; Preparation and review of client financial reports; General business and management advisory services; Work directly with shareholders on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required); CPA or working toward their CPA license (required); 3 years of experience in public accounting; Strong general tax knowledge; Ability to build relationships and work well with a busy team; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Ability to take direction with a strong desire to learn; Focused attention to detail; Ability to balance accurate work within a fast-paced environment; Proper phone and client relations etiquette; Ability to work independently; Savvy computer skills required and QuickBooks, CCH products, XCM, and/or Sure Prep skills a plus; Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
