Accountant Job in South Jordan, Utah

If you love Payroll and have processed payroll for a large number of employees (multi-state), this might be just the right job for you. Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist who can perform the following: Assist in processing weekly payroll for 1,000 employees to include multi-state and overtime. Set up new hire employees in preparation for payroll i.e. benefits, deductions etc. Be able to work in a casual environment, be detail oriented, require very little supervison, and be a team player with 4 other employees. Also, if you have Timerline, Sage and Excel experience, that would be nothing but a major plus! You will need to begin in a week as this company has received a resignation notice and needs to have cross-over training time. This is a 40/hr week position and we can pay you 16.75/hr.
