Accountant Job in Winchester, Massachusetts

I currently work from my home managing four properties that are held In a couple of different partnerships. The financials have been managed with quickbooks for the last few years. Another associate wants to start a new partnership to do a slightly different real estate venture. We need someone to handle the bookkeeping of property income & expenses and someone to help structure LLC partnerships, debt v. equity and manage different tax concerns.
