Urgently seeking someone with experience in how an employer should 'title' various heads of damages awarded by an Arbitrator (wrongful dismissal; human rights violations; etc), and how those should be taxed at source, what T forms (T1198, T4, T4A) to issue to ensure allocation to proper years as identified in award. Also, not as urgent, but someone experienced in Charitable Donation Schemes that are subsequently denied by CRA (Mission Life; Profitable Giving; etc). Please contact me asap. Thank you.
