Accountant Job in Cincinnati, Ohio

Immediate Job Opening for Accounting Clerk Anago Cleaning Systems (located near Blush Ash), currently services commercial cleaning accounts throughout Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Indianapolis and Columbus, and is currently expanding our Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Department. We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper who will help our CFO, Controller, Sales Team and other Management. Some daily tasks are as follows: • Accounts receivable collections • Entering, creating and emailing/mailing client invoices • Applying customer payments against open invoices • Reviewing and updating monthly billing amounts to new and existing clients • Billing one-time jobs to new and existing clients The job requires an organized and disciplined individual who has the ability to: • Communicate effective with current employees, clients and franchise owners (commercial cleaners), while maintaining the professional standards of the company • Follow instructions from management • Multi-task, prioritize and strategize through unpredictable challenges that can disrupt daily routines This is an 18-hour per week, part-time, position that pays $12.50 per hour. The work week will be broken down into three, six hour days (employee’s choice of Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday).
