Accountant Job in Wichita Falls, Texas

Responsibilities includes - - Filling out certified payrolls, paying vendors, picking up & depositing checks, ordering office supplies and compiling project documents - Purchase orders and insure vendor receipt of same. - Create, update, and maintain documents and spreadsheets related to customers, project costs and special projects. - Receiving and transferring incoming calls. - Handling and processing of incoming and outgoing mail - General clerical duties including coping and filing of vendor and customer records Familiarity with current technologies, like laptop,desktop,computer or any electronics gadgets Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills
