Guardian Energy Management Solutions currently has a part time position for an Accounting Assistant. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager and will work up to 2 days per week (16 hours per week) in our Marlborough office location. There may be the opportunity to work additional hours on occasion as well. We are seeking an individual that can perform a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to: * Assist in managing Accounts Receivable/Collections * Assist in invoicing. * Data entry into Quickbooks. * Assistance in documenting Prevailing Wage/Certified Payroll reports. * Other projects as required. The right candidate will have 5 years of experience in accounting and finance. Candidates with a background in construction accounting are highly preferred. Must have 5 years of hands on experience utilizing Quickbooks. Must be reliable and able to work a set schedule each week as agreed to with the Finance Manager. Days/hours are flexible.
