Accountant Job in Matane, Quebec

In connection with the increase in the scope of work, we are looking for two managers to work in our office. Full-time Monday to Friday, a salary of $ 4950 plus premium for each month. You need: An appreciation of quality and sophistication in everything you do – this is a company that prides themselves on the high level of customer service they offer. Proven attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with tenants and other customers. Knowledge in accounting (although everything is automated you will be preparing basic monthly financials for) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Work consists in: Representing the company to all tenants and other external customers, and managing the day-day operations of the building. Managing office supply and equipment orders, handling budgeting and reconcile expense reports. Management of Accounts Receivable and Account Payable, Reconciliations. Oversee all HR duties including tracking staff vacation, hiring staff and conducting performance reviews. Please submit your CV.
