Jeffrey H
I am a seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience, holding Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Positions overseeing manufacturing, production, and financial management. I have led organizations primarily in the South and mid-Western regions of the United States and in Latin American countries, such as Mexico, Guatemala, and Peru, with a focused effort to develop emerging and sustainable growth markets.
I have vast experience in forming corporate strategy and shaping organizational composition, and have helped drive and lead many transformative change initiatives by modeling and adjusting infrastructure at all levels, developing new economic strategies, building foreign and domestic business platforms, and steadying capital structure. My leadership has resulted in optimization, reduced tax exposures, and higher profits. I continue to lead merger, acquisition, and transition teams, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system migrations, and myriads of business development projects. I also serve on the working board for the Metro Phoenix Export Alliance, and am a member of the Arizona Business Council.
