I have set up QuickBooks for many of our clients in my current position. These are small and medium sized firms involved in investment banking and M&A Advisory Broker/Dealer. As an accountant/bookkeeper, my duties and responsibilities are to maintain their broker/dealer books and records every month. I also make sure that all entries are recorded in accordance with GAAP, SEC and FINRA rules. My hourly rate starts from $25 to $35 depending on the complexity of the business. I also charge a flat fee of $350 to $600.00/month for up to 10 to 15 hours per month.
