Accountant in San Antonio, Texas

I am 24 years old and i am a gradute as of 2012 wih my associates degree in accounting. i am starting my own business from home cause i need to have flexible hours cause my wife has a brain condition that she needs to got to doc almost every 2 months and she must be hospitalized. i know quickbooks in and out. i know payroll, a/p and a/r. i want whats best for my family so you don't have to worry about me messing around with you cause i understand the importance of dealing with your books....your life. all i am looking for is a start.
