Accountant in Carlsbad, California

Looking to get my feet wet and get back into the field of accounting. I got my degree in accounting almost 3 years ago from National University but I've spent the last few years doing tech start ups. I want to learn as much as I can and I am willing to even work for free to get the right experience preferably under a controller or CPA. I am looking to learn any and all aspects of accounting which include data entry, A/R, A/P, bank reconciliation, invoicing customers, payroll, tax preparation and cash flow management. Looking for an opportunity which will give me the skills and experience I need to succeed in the accounting world & I prefer North County areas of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos & Vista.
