Conduct full cycle accounting during month-end, quarter-end and year-end close to ensure timely and accurate financial results are presented to the management. • Executing Cost center reports with the help of Business intelligence tools in ERP and analyzing the cost fluctuation. • Presenting KPI’s and monthly/quarterly financial results to stakeholders and management, which will in turn help them to take required operational decisions and also help them build relevant strategies. • Preparing departmental dashboard summarizing the financial performance. • Designing and preparing Inventory reports for analyzing slow moving inventory and warehouse cost control. • Responsible for detailed financial modeling and analysis for business cases /ad hoc projects to relevant stakeholders and proactively providing ideas for strategic decision making. • Work with the internal and external auditors to ensure successful annual review. • Execute and lead the annual budgeting exercise for the assigned division and monitoring funds are spent as intended. • Involvement in projects such as financial systems upgrades, evaluation of new systems and procedures and other ad hoc projects and analytics to support Senior Management. • Initiation and maintenance of budgeting and business models in liaison with the business and management for accuracy and costs planning. • Prepare monthly reports and analysis for business partners depicting variance between budget and actuals.
