Construction is booming!!! Do you have a small/growing construction company that doesn't need a full time accountant/bookkeeper but rather someone to spend a few days a month on your books. Or Do you have income producing properties and need someone to manage to the rents and pay the bills. I can help with this! Bookkeeping Services Include: • Entering all accounting transactions into QuickBooks company file including: o Checks, deposits, and other transactions affecting the checking account. o Estimates, invoices, job costing, credit memos and all customer transactions o Vendor transactions including bills, item receipts, checks credit card charges and purchase orders. o Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards. o Setting up new customers, employees and vendors, on an as needed basis o Paying bills and making deposits per your advisement o Processing payroll for your employees o Managing rents for income producing properties. I am negotiable on rates but I am by the hour- paid as a 1099 Subcontractor. We can sign an agreement locking in the rate for the specified period of time that you need my services.
