Presently I'm Employed at Paperchase Accountancy Pvt Ltd (India Office) at the post of Accounting ATL( Assistant Team Leader) for UK accounting. Mainly in business of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
As part of my work, I setup new clients coming in the company, which includes :-
1. Migration of data from one to another accounting software.
2. Passing necessary journal entries to clear the errors of old accounts.
2. Preparing Bank reconciliation , supplier reconciliation debtors reconciliation.
3. Making necessary entries for accruals, prepayments and other accounting adjustments.
4. Preparing the Financial Reports which includes Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet, P&L schedules, Balance sheet schedule, Fixed assets schedules on monthly and annual basis.
5. Submitting and analysing various reports like supplier & Debtors reconciliation , Bank reconciliation, Budgeted Cash Flow, Monthly Profit & Loss account, Aged Payables,Aged Receivables, VAT Report, & other reports as per clients demand.
Apart from above I have working experience of 3 years in field of Accounting, Taxation & Auding.
In addition to above I have advance knowledge of Ms Excel related work and reporting along with VBA and Macro. Along with this I also have sound knowledge of MS office.Apart from the above I also have working experience in Quickbooks , Xero , Access Accounting software, SageX3(ERP), Tally(ERP)
As I am fast learner, l will gain the knowledge of the working environment & software with minimal time & traing.
