I achieved this this with great efficiency using MS excel to organize and streamline payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable in only 6 months. I worked with creditors to negotiate and eliminate aging unpaid liabilities which were straining the company financially and legally. • I created very efficient and detailed spreadsheets for tracking invoices, maintenance costs, fuel costs, parts costs and preventative maintenance. These sheets were then posted so the management staff could see what was being spent, how and when maintenance was needed.
