A few highlights: • Work with accounts payable or accounts receivable teams to assist with cheque runs/wire transfers and handle customers and vendors requests and questions. • Perform regular office work. • Interface with and coordinate activities between various internal departments. • Handle administrative tasks for the Finance department including maintaining records and gathering information, maintaining filing, electronic scanning and filing of documents and responding to employee requests as required. • Enter and process invoices or journal entries into the accounting system. • Generate reports and special projects as required. • Proficient with computer and related software.
