BakerStone International is an innovative and rapidly growing grill accessory company, located in Orange County, California. We are seeking organized, creative and energetic people to join our team and grow with us. Our goal is to create a casual but respectful and efficient work environment throughout our company so we can continue to grow while enjoying what we do on a daily basis. We are currently seeking an Accounting/Office Manager to join our team. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing all Accounting functions (AR, AP, Reporting, Sales Tracking, Bank Reconciliations) using QuickBooks Management of Daily Cash Flows and Monthly Financial Statements Vendor and Customer Set-up with retailers EDI Management Inventory Management and Tracking Manage all Day to Day Office Needs and Supplies High Attention to Detail Ability to work with a Team and Independently Flexibility and Willingness to take Responsibility The ideal candidate would also have experience with: Accounting Designation of some sort Inventory Management/Tracking HR/Payroll Processing (PayChex) Insurance Quoting/Claims (Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, D&O Insurance) Customer Service/Vendor Relations Sales Support This is a Full-Time Salaried Position. Occasional nights, weekends and/or overtime may be required in order to work with overseas factories. Benefits and 401k are available.
