As a professional consultant, I provide services to companies looking for an experienced specialist to assist with their Accounting & Bookkeeping needs. For the past 17 years, I worked for a subsidiary company of Revlon, with the last eight years as the Controller responsible of a $125m plus business unit. During my tenure, I participated in two major merger/acquisitions. My role as Controller included managing the overall companies finance's and a team of over 20 employee's. My responsibilities included managing the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing, Planning, Shipping & Receiving. In addition, I was responsible for financial reporting & presentations, audit preparation, asset management, and implementing cost reductions to maximize profits. During the last eight years, I was a member of the executive team and significantly contributed to the companies strategic planning process. In 2012, I was the team lead for an SAP system implementation and transition.
