1 Manage, maintain, monitor, and record financial as well as payroll taxes, information, headcounts, and costing to HQ-Thailand 5% 2 Consolidate US financial accounting activities with our HQ-Thailand that compliance in all US GAAP, International Accounting Standard, and HQ-Thailand’s law and regulations 10% 3 Check customers & suppliers credit limit, pass due, and financial status and report troubled customers and suppliers to HQ-Thailand 5% 4 Co-ordinate with SCD and to HQ-Thailand to hold shipments for overdue customers globally 5% 5 Co-ordinate with PCD and to HQ-Thailand to hold payments for non-conforming or services from overseas and domestic suppliers 5% 6 Re-check pricing & terms on P/O, billing, invoice, payments, new agreements with customers, suppliers, and report any new information to HQ-Thailand 5% 7 Adjust standard costing, material overheads, and keep cost under budget compliance with US GAAP, laws, and regulations 5% 8 Audit fiscal assets, inventory, and customers’ owned assets in the plant on regularly basis and reporting the missing, damages, or lost items to customers 5% 9 Manage and maintain banking relationships, leasing company, and CPA for compliance with US laws and other regulations as well as essential investment capitals 10% 10 Provide product costing and operating cost to President & SWS Plant manager in the QOS monthly meeting 5% 11 Contact, select, and review with debt collector & attorneys, in case customer defaults on payment or supplier is out of business to re-locate company-owned tooling to other suppliers in time, to prevent a shutdown at customer’ plant sites 5% 12 Posting A/P, A/R transactions, credits, cost-center, and product costing for US facility and HQ-Thailand reporting to BMD and President 10% 13 Interview all candidates working in the Accounting and Financing dept., provide and prepare a testing exam that involves with US accounting laws, Thailand laws, or an international accounting laws as well as make the decision to hire or to refuse, along with BMD Division 10% 14 Evaluating personnel who works in this department by reviewing the results of no mistakes in transactions showed on the VMFG system, how quickly a person can solve problem by him/herself, and potential level to grow with HQ-Thailand for more specific trainings and career promotion aboard
